Using the "Banner Description" extension, you can add text, html image, etc to your banners.

Install Instructions - VQMOD (OpenCart 2.x)
- If you don't have vQmod, you must download and install it from : https://github.com/vqmod/vqmod/releases/tag/v2.6.1-opencart
- Upload digitcart_banner_description_oc{x}.xml into your vqmod/xml folder
Install Instructions (OpenCart 3.x)
- Login to your OpenCart admin panel
- Go to Extensions > Extension installer and upload banner_descrption{x}.ocmod.zip
- Go to Extensions > Modifications and click Refresh
- Go to Extensions -> Module -> Digitcart - Banner Description -> Install -> Enable it
